The SweetSnaps Questions


Why should I host a party?
We do offer incentives based on sales from each party. We absolutely will not pressure you or your guests to buy, but if they do, you’ll receive extra gifts from Sweetsnaps.

I’m in—my party is booked. What do I need to do now?
Not much, really. Send or hand out the invitations we provide. You may choose to call your guests a couple of days before the party to ensure the SweetSnaps party is on their calendar. The day of the party, we do request you provide a table in a central area to display our catalogue. We also request that snacks be provided for the kids.
How many children should I invite?
Somewhere between six and 12 kids is a great number for a SweetSnaps party. You may want to invite a few more to allow for those with prior commitments.

Any suggestions for snacks?
Things that are clear work best if a child needs to eat before their session. Clear juices and soft drinks, and easy-to-eat foods like crackers and cheese work well. Cupcakes with frosting are great, but work best when they are offered after the SweetSnaps session.

How should I dress my child?
Simply. Solid colors are best, but bright colors are great for adding a little extra pop to your SweetSnaps portraits. We also suggest you avoid logos and other things that 'date' the clothing.
What sort of products do you offer?
Our offerings are simple and truly sweet: Archival quality prints, heirloom-quality wearables, and innovative, long-lasting albums and displays. We are constantly looking for the products that you want but seeing is believing—that’s why we set up our product spread at each SweetSnaps party.
